Accountant/ Assistant Accountant

Job duties:

• Responsible for weekly/ monthly/ quarterly cash flow planning

• Prepare variance analysis and schedules on financial statements

• Review audited financial statements and other management reports

• Prepare tax computation and relevant schedules

• Prepare analysis on business trends

• Handle daily accounting duties such as filing, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts breakdowns and reports etc.

• Assist Accounting Manager on ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree/ diploma holder with major in Accounting or related disciplines

• Member of HKICPA or equivalent, preferably also a member of HKICS

• 2-5 years relevant experience

• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements, knowledge of GAAPs, HK and PRC tax and relevant statutory rules and regulations an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office, experience using Peachtree an advantage

• Good command of English and Mandarin

• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Accountant.
