Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting works, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, receipt, payment arrangement
  • Book keeping and accounting data entry
  • Handle HR duties including recruitment, payroll, attendance record, annual leave record etc.
  • Provide administrative support
  • Assist ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above; with formal training in accounting is preferred
  • LCCI Intermediate Level or above
  • 2 years or above  relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good command in both English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Familiar in use Microsoft office especially good in excel 
  • Stable, responsible and detail-minded
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
