Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full set of book-keeping and prepare monthly financial reports
- Handle daily accounting, banking, payroll and MPF transactions
- Prepare weekly/monthly worksheets and reports
- Assist auditor in interim & annual audit
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Handle quotation, invoices and reports
- Data entry and maintain filing system
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in accounting and/or administrative support;
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office, MYOB and/or Peachtree is preferred;
- Detail-minded, sensitive to numbers and figures, well-organized, willing to learn, independent, responsible and self-motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good commend of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
- Immediately available is preferable
