Report to the Finance Manager in Hong Kong, the job duties include:  

• Handle daily accounting operations including day to day operations
• Perform daily accounting functions such as preparing journal entries, vouchers
• Prepare various monthly financial statements including the breakdown schedules
• Provide clerical and administrative support and issuing cheques for payments and loan drawdowns
• Responsible for maintaining proper filing system and material
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

The suitable candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Diploma or above in Accounting
• 2-5 years working experiences above in accounting
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Prior experience in the use of yonyou is highly preferred but not essential
• Quick learner, self-motivated, able to work independently and sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Account Clerk, Fresh Graduates will also be considered
