工作職責(Job Description)：

1. As a Business Finance Analyst, reporting to the Director, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to provide critical analysis to drive business and effective control. In particular, you will assist in conducting marketing campaign & sales promotion analysis, sales performance, revenue and margin analysis, as well as customer & channel analysis. Based on the analytical findings, you will provide meaningful insights & recommendation to management through business reports and presentation. You will also be involved in planning & forecast as well as other ad-hoc projects, and have exposure to senior management.
2. Prepare monthly management reports.
3. Perform analysis and identify cost drivers.
4. Provide inputs and commentaries for monthly variances to budget, forecast and prior year. Required to make recommendations for action by synthesizing financial information and trends.

1. Good knowledge in business administration program with specialization in accounting
2. Strong Financial Analysis and advanced Microsoft EXCEL skills
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. Solid ERP e.g. SAP knowledge and working experience is a plus
