Job Description

 

We are currently recruiting an Accounting Assistant in our Hong Kong office who will report to the Finance Director on financial and management accounting matters.  The successful candidate will be a degree or diploma holder in accounting with at least 3 years relevant work experience. Experience in a PR agency or the professional services industry and knowledge in Maconomy system will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

-        Issue client invoices and input accounting journals into the system; Maintain client budget record

-        Preparing and processing documentation related to accounts payable and receivable 

-        Assist in monthly financial closing and analysis of financial data for accuracy

-        Establishing and maintaining efficient filing, scanning and keeping records of financial documents

-        Support the annual audit and year-end process and handle ad hoc assignments as required
