The position is a full time position and will report to the General Manager. This key individual will  work closely with the General Manager on a day-to-day basis and provide the relevant accounting financial advice as required and report to the Treasurer as required.  General duties of the position include:

—  Monitor, review and implement policies and procedures currently in place to maintain the different accounting sections: such as purchasing and receiving, inventory control for the sport shop and Food &Beverage, liabilities, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

—  Monitor and review account staffs and seek to streamline existing workload within the accounts team.

Requirements

—  Degree in Accounting or related field.

—  A member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) or equivalent.

—  At least 5 years’ experience in a senior finance position.

—  Mature, self-motivated, good analytical review skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline for report submission.

—  Good interpersonal and supervisory skills

—  Strong IT knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office, Accounting system and F&B Point of Sales system would be an advantage.

—  Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
