Reporting to the Finance Officer, your major job duties will include:

• Handle account payable process including matching of invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
• Validate Travel and Entertainment receipts as to ensure the compliance with the company’s travel policy
• Reconcile monthly statements and follow up any variation payments
• Maintain and keep regular updates on payments records
• Handle enquires on payment status
• Maintain a good filing system and handle administrative works
  
  

Requirement:

• Diploma holder in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Good PC Knowledge in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
• Hands-on experience in Flex accounting system is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant and outgoing personality
• Detail-minded, independent, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
• Possess good command of English and Chinese, both in written and verbal
