Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and reconciles general ledger/AP/AR accounts.
• Prepares invoice for clients according to the aircraft management activities.
• Prepares all payment vouchers and maintain bank reconciliation.
• Prepares consolidated financial statements, budget analysis and cash flow analysis on regular basis.
• Responsible for preparing management reports in relation of Cost analysis on monthly basis.
• Liaises with auditor for statutory audit and tax filing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 year of accounting experience.
• Aviation industry experience preferred.
• Experience with MYOB、Kingdee preferred.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Excellent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Must)
