Responsibilities

• Report directly to CEO for corporate finance projects including IPOs, M&A, fund raising exercise and corporate advisory transactions
• Involve in full cycle/process of corporate finance activities, ranging from conducting due diligence, preparing pitch books, accessing potential deals and deal execution.
• Occasional travel is required
• Perform ad hoc project as required   

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance or IPO audit, preferable from Big 4 or consulting firms, I-banks or securities firms
• Solid exposure and knowledge of corporate finance activities, Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
• Presentable, detail oriented with strong business acumen and analytical sense
• Immediate available is highly preferred
