Position Summary

FTI Consulting is looking for an experienced and qualified Senior Finance Analyst from the commercial sector. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will focus on financial planning and management reporting. You will need to fully understand the company to develop financial models, drive process improvements, develop and review management reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
• Work closely with practice leads to prepare quarterly budget and forecast
• Provide analysis on the budget and forecast to senior management
• Perform monthly analytical reviews and review financial results
• Support request for analysis from both the corporate and practice leads
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Drive process improvement and enhance efficiency in the finance team
• Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives

Key Requirements

• A degree holder with an accounting background
• A professional accounting qualification
• Very Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge in Visual Basic and macros is preferred
• Analytical with strong attention to detail
• Able to think logically with an investigative mindset
• Very strong project management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior regional experience with analysis, budget and forecast in Asia preferred
