Job Description

• Manage over all accounting functions to provide accurate financial report on time.
• For ensuring the accuracy of all financial reports, stock take for inventory, reconciliation of bank accounts and the records of inventory in third parties.
• To ensure the assets to be valuable, periodical report, such overdue AR, slow moving and over stocks, and fix assets, etc..
• To establish and Implement SOP to ensure internal control system to be workable for reducing the risk of and the working flow is efficient and effective.
• To support for developing MIS to improve the efficiency and effeteness of management system.
• To manage budgeting and periodic review with management team.
• In alliance with CPA or legal agency for auditing, registration, and necessary professional consultancies.
• Implement the annual inventory stock taking and non-scheduled inventory check to ensure the correctness of inventory

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting and other related disciplines
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience with at least 3 years managerial level,
• Retail Financial Accounting experience is an advantage 
• Good business acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound financial judgment
• Proactive and being a good team player, able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-versed in MS Office applications
