RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle Account Payables
• Handle daily bank transactions
• Assist Accountants for month-end closing activities, monthly audit schedules preparation and provide appropriate follow-up actions
• Process daily Accounts Payable transactions including recording and checking of invoices, data input into ERP system
• Perform full range of accounts payable duties, include managing bank & cash, reimburse staff expenses claims and accounts payable settlement
• Assist in the preparation of month end reconciliations and expenses & accruals reports
• Provide administrative support when needed 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, fair in Putonghua
• Independent, mature, self-motivated, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
