An exciting and challenging position exists as a bookkeeper for Netsuite accounting module in DFO Global Performance Commerce’s Hong Kong office. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do loves accounting and working on global accounts.

Key Responsibilities -

Enteries into NetSuite for the entire group of companies

Generating reports

Checking data integrity

Input and verify vendor invoices into the Accounts Payable module of NetSuite

Process and record daily deposits and enter accounts receivable details into NetSuite

Assist with the monthly financial close, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements (internal and external) by gathering and analyzing information from NetSuite

Data entry with attention to detail and precision.

Monthly bank reconciliations

Will be responsible for generating reports for global entities, with different currencies

Qualifications -

Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience and experience with NetSuite

NetSuite certification is an asset

Understanding of Financial Reporting

Strong MS Office computer skills, including Excel;

Fluency in Simply Accounting and/or QuickBooks software an asset

Use of Tableau reporting an asset

Strong attention to detail, efficient, accurate and consistent

Ability to take initiative and work independently or as a team

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
