Responsibilities

The qualified incumbent is expected to

• To Handle full set of books and prepare month-end closing reports
• To prepare cash flow forecast
• To control Customer Media Budget
• To assist payroll and MPF processing
• To supervise one junior staff
• To assist in monitoring credit control operation flows for ongoing efficiency enhancement
• To report directly to Regional Finance Manager in all financial and management reports on timely basis
• To assist in annual audit and tax computation
• To handle other ad hoc duties and assignments as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or higher
• Professional qualification of recognized accounting bodies
• 5 years or above working experience in accounting, with Audit experience is preferable
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• having knowledge of using Oracle Netsuite, OwnCloud, Dropbox is preferable
• Good command of Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, systematic and good interpersonal skills
• Less experience will be considered as Accountant
• Immediately available would be an advantage
• having experience on handling Singaproe company is an advantage
