Responsibilities

• To be responsible for performing full spectrum of HR functions including personnel records management, attendance records, training and recruitment, etc  
• Prepare various periodical HR reports
• Provide support to general office administration
• Maintain an updated, efficient and effective central filing system
• Assist in HR functions and ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
• Fast English and Chinese Typing
• Computer and MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Fresh graduate is welcome
