Job Description
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for performing full spectrum of HR functions including personnel records management, attendance records, training and recruitment, etc
- Prepare various periodical HR reports
- Provide support to general office administration
- Maintain an updated, efficient and effective central filing system
- Assist in HR functions and ad hoc assignments when required
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
- Fast English and Chinese Typing
- Computer and MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent, meticulous and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduate is welcome
