A globally listed conglomerate in HK with operations in over 25 countries is in search Corporate Tax Associate.

Job Duties:
As part of the global tax team, the successful job holder will be accountable with the following duties.

• Tax compliance, transfer pricing to tax management projects
• Ensure fulfilment of tax compliance obligations and corporate governance
• Facilitate in tax advisory related to group restructuring and M&A related initiatives
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned that called for extensive liaison with internal/external professionals

Requirements:

• Degree holder and professionally qualified accountant
• Big4 trained with 4 years of solid HK Corporate tax experience
• Motivated, driven and positive team player with excellent analytical skills and good sense of judgment
• Effective interpersonal communication skills to work well with parties at all levels
• Fluent command of both written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Willingness to travel when required
