Job Description
Our client is a European group, due to their business expansion, they are looking for staff to join their Sales Support Team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support support to Customer and Sales Team;
- To handle customer enquiry from PRC/ Hong Kong;
- Inform the customer about the delivery details (flight/trucking/ delivery schedule);
- To prepare quotations/ sales Report / SAP system date input/ system upgrade;
- To perform stock controlling and administrative support;
- Help to execute the programs /special projects etc.
Requirements:
- High Certification or related discipline, Engineering is preferred;
- Min 1-3 years working experience, experience in sales support and administrative;
- Solid experience in support customer and sales team;
- Solid experience in SAP ERP system is a great advantage;
- Good communication with Cantonese/English/Mandarin.
- Good team player and willing to team
