Responsibilities:

• Reporting to CEO, manage all-round Administration & HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefit administration, training & development, performance management and employee relations.
• Oversee administration operations, including procurement, maintenance of equipment, inventory control and facilities management.
• Establish an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation and production cross-training.
• Establish Qualification System, Promotion System as well as Reward System to cope with company development.
• Communicate and ensure compliance and consistency with office practices and policies and compliance with all employment related laws.
• Handle ad hoc report and project as required.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
• 8 years management experience in Human Resources & Administration Operations with solid experience at manager grade.
• Solid knowledge in China Labour Contract Law is a definite advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, planning, analytical and people management skills and excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
