Responsibilities: 


Assist the Senior Contract Manager on:

• Liaison for new potential collaborations and response enquiries
• Conducting company and project research
• Preparation of proposal, tender and contract documentations for consultancy and sub-consultancy agreements
• Contract negotiation with clients and sub-consultants
• Providing contractual advice to other departments

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years QS or contract administration working experience
• Relevant experience in handling top-tier luxury hospitality, residential, restaurant and show flat design projects is highly preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English AND Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must
