Responsible for clerical and admin. duties and outdoor works occasionally.

To handle incoming calls & enquires in a courteous and tactful manner and refer it to sales team.

To make export shipments and allocate goods of the import shipments.

To attend trade fairs.

To work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operation.

Helping in preparation of local orders.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 10:00 to 19:00 and Sat: 10:00 to 14:00
No. of Working days: 5.5 days
Other Benefits & Allowance:
- Annual Leaves: 12 days
- Transport allowance, show allowance, double pay
Requirements:
- Postgraduate or above with 1 year clerical support experience;

Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese);

Proficient skills in Ms Office;

Pleasant, detail-minded and with good communication skill; willing to learn diamond grading;

Skills: English typing: 40wmp and Chinese typing: 20wmp;
