Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment (interview arrangement, new staff orientation), payroll administration (shop staff’s duty roster), compensation & benefits (Medical insurance, leave management and attendance administration etc.)
• Update and maintenance of HR system, prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review;
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operations & Office administration;
• Maintain a systematic, complete and accurate HR filing system
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments;

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferable;
• Minimum 1-2 years clerical experience in sizeable organizations, experience in HR & retail industry is an advantage;
• Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance & MPF;
• Mature thinking, self-disciplined with strong sense of responsibility, able to manage multi tasks;
• A good team player with good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Proficient in using Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Immediately available;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer;
