Job Description
Responsibilities
- Present as our Ambassador at the Front Desk
- Greet clients and visitors in professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, voicemail, inquiries, mails and faxes
- Manage conference room bookings with calendar updates
- Office maintenance and administrative support
- Assist ad-hoc duties such as company events
Requirements
- Degree holder or relevant qualification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Able to work independently with good problem solving techniques
- Immediate availability is an advantage
