The client is a rapidly growing company, leader in its industry and in Pre-IPO process. Due to their continuous growth, they are now looking for a Regional Assistant HR Manager – Asia Pacific / Greater China (HR Business Partner) (HKD28k - 35k) to join their professional team to look after regional HR initiatives and operations

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day all round HR operations in HK, including recruitment, payroll, C&B, policies & procedures, employee relations and staff performance management
• Act as the HR Business Partner to provide HR solutions to regional offices (China/ PRC & US) in all-round aspect
• Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Advise business lines / managers on employee engagement as well talent development plans to assist the business growth
• Responsible for preparation of statistical and management reports
• Drive HR alignment exercise and group initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience as HR Generalist
• Well versed of Hong Kong Labor Ordinance.
• Regional Asia Pacific / Greater China exposure is a plus
• Hands-on, energetic, fast-paced and pro-active
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
