Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, monitoring and review of services delivered by the Centres through collecting relevant information on the utilization and effectiveness of the services provided and compiling statistical reports on service quality
  • Assist the Regional Managers in overseeing and implementing special projects, programs and activities with regard to the delivery of quality services in the Centres
  • Prepare minutes, agenda and presentation materials for various meetings
  • Provide administrative support and co-ordinate training programmes and seminars
  • Handle general enquiries and programme enrolment
  • Assist in other duties related to service co-ordination

 

Requirements

  • University graduate and minimum 3 years’ working experience
  • Tactful, well-organized and willing to work under pressure
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Contract Period: April 2018 to July 2018
