To facilitate the sharing of knowledge and expertise, we have established the Academy for Professional Education & Development (APED) which organizes a wide range of topics on practical strategies and skills in helping children with different developmental disorders both in Hong Kong and Greater China. We invite applications for the captioned post:

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to APED and co-ordinate training programmes and seminars
• Assist in developing new CRM system for APED
• Handle general enquiries and programme enrolment
• Assist in other duties related to service co-ordination

Requirements

• University graduate in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience, preferably with solid exposure in training administration and customer service
• Tactful, well-organized and willing to work under pressure
• A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in using social media platforms would be preferable
• Knowledge in video production would be preferable
• Good command in both written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
