Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handles incoming phone calls, emails and other communications
- Maintains records of and assists in the administrative process of ongoing deals
- Manages filing and document storage system offline and online such as Dropbox
- Manages calendar and travel schedules for colleagues
- Manages calendar and travel schedules for colleagues
- Updates paperwork, maintains documents and word processing
- Helps organize and maintains office common areas
- Performs general office clerk duties and errands
Requirements:
- at least 1-3 years working experience
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
- Proficiency in computing skills especially Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Accounting systems like QuickBooks and related accounting software is a plus
- Detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibilities, multi-tasking, and well-organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary & Hours:
- Attractive remuneration will be offered to the right candidate, plus discretionary bonus
- 930am-530pm on weekdays only, at our office location in Admiralty (near MTR and buses)
