Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations;
• Responsible for full cycle of Recruitment process including sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, conducting interviews, explore new recruitment channels;
• Actively communicate with Operations Department to collect headcount vacant and follow up the recruitment arrangement;
• Compile recruitment reports and headcount analysis, conduct benchmark survey for assisting the preparation of analysis and budgeting reports;
• Participate in other ad-hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in HRM or related disciplines;
• Having solid experience in mass recruitment campaign/ job fair on labour intensive industry, preferable in F&B segment;
• At least one year of relevant working experience;
• Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing);
• Familiar with Hong Kong related Ordinance, such as Employment Ordinance and MPF Scheme Ordinance etc.;
• A team player with initiatives, can-do attitude, and with team spirit;
• Well organized, detail-minded, patient and able to meet timelines.
