Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily operations and provide administrative support to the Merchandisers
- Source factories, price negotiation with suppliers
- Handle sampling and prepare quotations
- Issue PO & SO
- Manage purchase orders and relevant documentation with suppliers
- Manage quality control and delivery schedule
- General office and showroom administration
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of merchandising and trading experiences must
- Fluent Written and Spoken English and Mandarin
- Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
- Proficiency in on-hand computer skill : MS Excel, Chinese Word processing & Outlook Knowledge
- Mature, stable, detail-minded and self-motivated and being a good team player, able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a fast pace environment & overtime
- Immediate available is highly preferred
