We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team to assist in sales coordination. You will be responsible for offering support in sales, providing customer service and handling sales administration. The successful candidate should be a sales-oriented professional who values productivity and customer satisfaction.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle customer inquiries by preparing sales quotations, processing samples and orders following up and providing after-sales support
• Respond to any online or telephone queries promptly and friendly
• Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the best services suitable for their needs
• Work closely with the Sales team as the support in compliance with the progress and strategies of the Sales department
• Process daily transaction administrative duties and some general office works

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Commerce or Business with 1 to 2 year working experience in Sales administration or coordination (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Sales Coordinator)

• Self-motivated and proactive, hardworking and responsible
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative team player
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
