Job Responsibilities

• Handle the administrative duties of QA Department such as travel plan & schedule, leave plan, invoice checking, and budget & expense management;
• Analyze the performance of vendors across the region; arrange and maintain QA technical evaluation database, and re-evaluation of suppliers;
• Prepare short form for Compliance Audits and follow up Factory corrective action plans for Vendors;
• Prepare reports and monitor non-conforming rates against targets for QA Team;
• Handle claims on defective products and follow up Third party inspection result;
• Maintain QA system and SOP for quality department;
• Assist in ad hoc projects when necessary 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Textile or Quality related discipline or with Secretarial diplopma;
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in apparel or textiles industry;
• Good organizational with sound analytical and problem solving skills;
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility;
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Well-versed with MS Office (Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
