Office Assistant 辦公室助理
Responsibilities
- Maintain office common area and conference rooms neat and tidy
- Serve tea and coffee for guests
- Perform outdoor assignment such as document collection and delivery, cheques bank-in etc. when required
- Check and refill office and printing supplies.
- Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year of solid experience in office administration
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, responsible, polite and punctual
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Chinese and fair in English & Mandarin
- Immediately available or available in short notice is highly preferred

要求
- 中五或以上程度

- 良好中文程度,略懂英語及普通話
- 能即時/短期內上班更好
