Job duties: 

• Managing administrative work of our education centre.
• Providing support in reception area such as greeting visitors and guests.
• Responding to incoming calls & enquires in a courteous and tactful manner.
• Scheduling and coordinating lesson plans for classes.
• Keeping updates and accurate records on daily finance of the company.
• Assisting in office supplies ordering and equipment maintenance arrangements.
• Occasional outdoor work is required such as cheques bank-in, mailing, document collection and delivery.
  
  

Job Requirements: 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, punctual and multi-tasking.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience in accounting, finance or customer service are preferred.
  
  

Benefits

• Any necessary training, and MPF.
• Salary: $6800 per month.
• Working Hours: 3:00pm to 7:30pm (Tuesdays to Fridays) AND/OR 09:00am-06:00pm AND/OR 10:30am-19:30pm (Saturdays)
