Job Description
Established in Hong Kong in 1995 as a sales office, EX Hong Kong Co., Ltd is a Japanese base electronic company and now looking for a Temp Sales Coordinator.

Job Duties
- coordinate with customers, factories and Japanese manager
- follow up order statuses, arrange shipments schedule , evaluate forecasts
- handle very simple administrative, accounting and HR duties
- mainly shipment (communicating with factories, clients & forwarders, handle full
set of I/E documents, arrange shipments)
- issue purchase orders, T/T form, quotation sheets
Requirements
- at least Form 5 (HKCEE) graduated
- has 3 years relevant experiences, experienced in manufacturing industry for
electronic parts / components is preferred
- good PC knowledge, including Chinese word processing
- business level of (English and Mandarin) OR (Japanese and Mandarin)
Period of Employment
- From Beg/Mid of April to End of Aug / Beg of Sep( 4.5~5 months)
