Job responsibilities:

• To provide administrative and logistical support to the execution of team’s projects and events
• To assist in the production of PR and project materials including but not limited to press release appeals, print advertisements and event materials
• Provide support to facilitate team’s daily operations and management
• Maintain an updated I&E and inventory record, and filing system
• Handle donations-related matters and fundraising programme follow up
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Form 5/equivalent or above with good command of Chinese and English and relevant working experience preferred
• Full knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) is a must
• Proficient in Chinese word-processing and Photoshop preferred
• Good telephone manner and communications skills
• Immediate available will be an advantage
