Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support pre-implementation and implementation of our new global cloud HCM system WORKDAY in the region as member of the Global Core Team 
• Regional project planning and monitoring based on milestones and tasks for the pre- implementation and implementation of WORKDAY globally
• Work closely together with regional management teams and global implementation teams (internal and external), subject matter experts (SME’s), country HR managers and IT in the region
• Understand regional HR process, Contribute to develop a global HR process model that covers the requirements of business, managers and employees in the region, coordinate design and review of project results in the region
• Ensure that necessary local deviations e.g. legal requirements and business requirements are covered in global project during local deployment phase in accordance with design principles
• Support to further analyze the HR-IT in the region that needs to be connected with the new WORKDAY solution by interface, especially payroll integrations, time & attendance and other business systems
• Identify change management & training needs, ensure that they are covered in the pre-implementation and implementation plan, monitor the delivery of necessary activities and trainings for the region
• Ensure that interfaces and integrations to other systems are built in close cooperation with IT and our external system integration partner
• Ensure data quality by ongoing monitoring in pre-implementation and implementation

• Contribute to design considerations to manage WORKDAY globally and for the region, identify key users, testing capacities for implementation and ongoing release changes in future
• Work with global team to Ensure  1st & 2nd level support to users in the region, be  interface to the  3rd level support

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor’s degree with focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or Industrial Engineering
• Great communication skills
• Experience in major HR processes and process improvement
• Experience in several HR functional areas, ideally experience in HR generalist role
• Passion for improvement of HR processes and applications, and the digital transformation making HR processes more “user-friendly”
• Professional experience in global HRIS system implementation (cloud systems) and operations in a global decentralized environment
• Experience in HCM cloud implementation, especially WORKDAY implementation in APAC region
• Collaborative and able to work across functions
• Great project management skills
