• Responsible for the operation & maintenance of building services system in a commercial building
• Degree / Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
• Holder of B0 Electrical Worker Certificate is preferable
• At least 5 years' related experience, preferably in property management or hotel industry
• Experience in operation & maintenance of MVAC system would be a definite advantage
• Good English command and communication skills

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer.
