Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform a full range of HR support functions including assistance with recruitment advertisements, MPF management, payroll and taxes, employee benefits and compensation, employee training & development
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records, personnel files and filing system (including e-filing)
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Liaise and respond to all third-party requests for employment information e.g. verification of employment and reference checks
- Provide insights on market trends, salaries, bonus and strategies to Directors
- Provide support services for daily and regular office administration functions including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment and office supplies inventory, facilities management, conference room booking, filing, coordinate office events, handle office expense claims, register in/out going mail, distribute and sorting emails, lease management and general support
- Liaise, coordinate and follow-up with both internal and external parties on appointments, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minutes
- Handle ad hoc assignments as requested by the Directors
Requirements:
- Degree in business related discipline, with a minimum 3 years of HR and/or office administration experience (hospitality industry is preferable)
- Experience in supporting senior level management or HR & Administrative manager is preferable
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, proactive, confident, able to work well under pressure
- Flexible, able to adapt to ad-hoc working environment
- Proven ability to work effectively, independently and to show initiative
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong computer skills (proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
