Job Duties:

• Responsible for full spectrum of  HR duties including recruitment, C&B, employment contract, training & development, payroll, staff quarters management and administrative tasks both for Hong Kong & China offices 
• Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures
• Drive the recruitment plan and handle the employment cycle to support business growth
• Assist in ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR / Business Admin
• Min. 5 years’ proven working experience in HR & administrative field.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, hands-on attitude, adaptability to new concept and strong in logical thinking.
• Well-versed with Hong Kong & China labour law.
• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• frequently travel to our Shenzhen Office (only 5 mins walk from Lo Wu border)
• Immediate available is preferred.
