As the Group’s corporate management development program, The Program for Management Development (PMD, www.funggroup-PMD.com) recruits and selects suitable talent from around the world and develops them to become the future leaders of the Group.

Every year, the PMD team promotes the program internally in all of the offices across the world; and externally in Asia, Europe and America. The team works with local and overseas offices to select the right candidates (Management Associates, MAs) to the program. Once the MAs are on board, the team provides international and cross-group professional development opportunities to them, including orientation, business rotations, training programs, before they take up junior management positions in different businesses in the Group.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the talent acquisition strategy covering promotion, recruitment and selection activities
• Support talent acquisition by developing promotion materials for different channels and markets as well as organizing campus talks and internal briefings 
• Conduct analysis on the effectiveness of the talent acquisition strategy and selection process
• Assist in designing and implementing appropriate selection process, methodology and assessments
• Manage the different stages of the selection process; and coordinate with senior executives, overseas offices, vendors and candidates to make recruitment and selection arrangements
• Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources or Psychology
• A minimum of 8 years of solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience in recruitment, assessments and management development programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Mature, tactful, organized, dynamic, open-minded and attentive to details
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
