• University graduated 
• 4 years or above solid experience in C&B, Training, Employee relations & Recruitment 
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and & other related legislation
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin prefers
• Detail-minded and well organized with  strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in using MS Office and HRIS system is an advantage
  
• Good command of spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Independent, responsible and self-motivated
• Immediate available is highly preferred

• Report to HR Manager to provide all-round daily operation support including but not limited to C&B, recruitment and selection, employee relations, training administration and ad hoc projects
• Handle the employee life-cycle from on-boarding process until exit
• Handle all aspect of payroll administration in an accurate and timely manner
• Support in HR projects of preparing reports, consolidate data and statistics, policies and process review
• Coordinate with vendor of HRIS work-flow enhancement and maintenance
• Support annual performance management and salary / bonus review process
• Assist in budgeting and headcount planning
