Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to Human Resources & Recruitment Department
- Responsible for data entry of confidential staff personnel, attendance and leave records
- Assist with filing, photocopying and scanning duties
- Assist with preparation of Human Resources & Recruitment reports and analysis for Monthly Management Reporting
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required
Requirements:
- Preferably Form 5 and above
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, prior HR Administrative experience will be an added advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word & Excel)
- High accuracy and speed in Chinese & English data entry, English Typing 40 WPM and Chinese Typing 25 WPM
- Strong sense of responsibility, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Positive working attitude and Meticulous
