Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Business Development Manager to follow up marketing and operation issues
• Assist to develop trading / key accounts / sales channels / shop business and new project
• Assist to maintain sales performance of all sales channels
• Handle invoice, prepare the sales report and POS system data maintenance
• Monitor delivery schedules / price settings and data entry
• Assist handling the customer hotline inquiries and appeal issues
• Handling the online shopping / arrange courier logistics and document settlement
• Manage monthly promotion of products and price monitoring, according to the higher level guidelines for setting the production of statements
• Handle stationery / material ordering and distribution arrangements
• Inventory monitoring and reporting for individual shops and warehouses

Job Requirements

• F.5 or above, minimum 2 years experience in administration & well-versed with internet and MS Office
• Good communication skills with positive attitude
• Proficiency spoken in Mandarin and English is preferred
• Multi-tasked and able to work individually
