Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all general reception duties, executive office and administration department support 
  • Provide front desk service to greet guests, answering incoming calls, and courier packages
  • Manage stationery, pantry and office supplies and handle maintenance of office equipment
  • Perform data entry and filing
  • Outdoor work is required when necessary
  • Handle ad hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, at least 2 years or above relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel , Chinese input & Outlook
  • Good communication and coordination skills with responsible and mature manner
  • Immediately available is preferred
