Duties
The appointee will be responsible for (i) assisting in organizing Institute functions/events; (ii) planning and implementing the policies, guidelines and processes for promotion and public relations activities of the Institutions; (iii) coordinating the production of promotion materials and publications; (iv) preparing policy papers, discussion papers, proposals, correspondence and any other documents as assigned; and (v) administrative duties including human resources management, general administration and committee servicing.

Appointment Criteria
Applicants should have (i) a recognized Master’s degree in English, translation, communications or relevant disciplines; (ii) at least 5 years’ relevant administrative experience; (iii) good command of English business writing skills; and (iv) proficiency in computer applications.
