Responsibilities:

• Assist manager in managing frontline staff and ensure effective and efficient retail operations including but not limited to recruitment, training, payroll, field deployment etc.
• Handle daily shipments processing and cycle count to ensure accuracy of inventory level
• Maintain backend system (POS) to facilitate frontline operations
• Coordinate with teammates for new retail store(s) and promotional events set up
• Manage overall daily retail shop operations and ensure effective communication between office and retail store(s)
• Prepare regular analytical reports for manager’s review
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to operations and business needs
• Provide field support if necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business/Management/Marketing or related discipline
• 2-3 years relevant experience and preferably in retail brands
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer servicing skills
• Good numerical sense, highly independent and well organized
• Well-organized, able to handle multi-tasking job with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
