Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic business partner
• Act as a strategic business partner and a member of the Group’s senior management team;
• lead strategic decision making and operations related to finance & IT
• Oversee the forecasting and planning of the company's budgeting and financial standing
• Oversee the company's compliance, auditing and internal auditing work
• Oversee the company's overall financial reporting (including report drafting, reviewing and amending) and financial standing analysis (including analyzing, drafting, improvement and amending)
• Oversee the tax work of the Company
• Oversee the statutory relationship management, including government, third party vendor, internal stakeholder
• Oversee the formulation and optimization of the company's financial standards, policies, guidelines and procedures
• Oversee departmental budget management
• Business trips to China and Myanmmar needed
• Develop and prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports appropriate for the business operations requirements.
• Perform cash management and oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, etc.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures over the Group’s accounting processes to ensure sound financial management and control.
• Formulate and lead preparation of annual budget in consultation with executive management.
• Review monthly operation results and variances compared to budget.
• Provide in-depth analysis on key financial data, including assessment of ERM, production efficiency, and product costs, and make improvement recommendations, where necessary.
• Arrange and negotiate banking and financial requirements of the Group.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, with close liaison with external auditors.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.
• Report to the CEO

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; or equivalent
• Qualified Accountant
• Over 15 years in accounting or finance experience; of which over 8 years in manufacturing
• Preference in having solid experience in working under ERP environment
• Experience in garment manufacturing is an advantage
• Experience in both China and offshore factories is a plus
• Fully responsible for all finance & accounting duties of HK office, China and Mynammar factories
• Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize.
• Proficiency in the use of computer programmes and finance software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate others.
• Ability to work under a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
