The Senior Operations Officer will play an integral role in enhancing giveco's highly renowned order fulfillment and customer service standards to support high growth in both online store and physical retail locations. The role takes ownership of delivering an excellent purchase experience throughout the customer journey. The role will work closely with the warehouse team and report directly to Director.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales services via social media, telephone, email, etc.

- Supervise warehouse staff to manage daily online order fulfillment and product packing

- Monitor and manage stock level in warehouse and physical shops

- Continually improve customer service and order fulfillment work flow

Requirements

- Diploma or above in business studies or other related disciplines

- One year of related experience is an advantage

- Proactive, high level of attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills and a good team player

- Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English

- Fresh graduate with good attitude and communication skills will be considered
