Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of functions for sales operation department recruitment and training
• Plan and execute recruitment projects such as job fairs and recruitment days (prefer having experience in handling high volume of frontline recruitment)
• Manage end to end recruitment cycle from hiring needs, screening resumes, interview, offer processing and preparing employment contract
• Handle training programs, staff activities and engagement programs for sales operation department
• Work closely as a business partner and build on a solid relationship with the line managers to understand their needs, requirements and budget
• Prepare various reports and assist in the implementation of HR & Training strategies

 Requirements:-

• Diploma / Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• With 4 years solid experience in human resources and recruitment activities in retail sectors
• Experience in the whole cycle of recruitment process with different channels
• Proactive and good team player
• Immediate availability is preferred
