• 處理客人一般查詢
• 招呼及接待訪客
• 安排到訪客人之預約及登記事項
• 處理一般辦公室行政工作
• 按要求處理其他事宜 
  
  

要求:

• 中五或以上學歷
• 具1年或以上相關接待員經驗，曾於健康或美容公司任職優先考慮
• 操流利廣東話及英語
• 熟悉MS Office辦公室軟件 (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 良好電話禮儀
• 有辦公室行政經驗優先

Job Duties

• To handle telephone calls and general customer enquiries
• To greet visitors and guests
• To arrange customer bookings and registrations upon visits
• To perform day-to-day routine office administrative tasks
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• At least 1 year receptionist experience, preferably gained in health or beauty care company
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent telephone manner with pleasant and professional attitudes
• Experience in office administration function is an advantage
